How to Use the Replay System

Playback Controls

  • Session Selection: Choose from 2018-present practice, qualifying, and race sessions
  • Stop: Stop the replay and reset to the beginning
  • Play/Pause: Start or pause the replay at any time
  • Fast Forward: Skip 15 lines ahead in the session data
  • Speed Control: Select 1x, 2x, 4x, or 10x playback speed
  • Progress Bar: View current playback progress as a percentage

Replay Session Types (2018-2026)

Replay Analysis Tips

Use Playback Speed: Use 1x for detailed frame-by-frame analysis or 2x, 4x, 10x to skip through sessions quickly and explore historical data efficiently.
Sector Analysis: Green = personal best, Purple = session best, Yellow = slower. Study where drivers gained or lost time.
Strategy Study: Track tyre compounds (Soft, Medium, Hard) and stint lengths to understand how pit strategies influenced race outcomes.
Fast Forward: Use the Fast Forward button to quickly skip through data sections and find key moments in historical sessions.
